Leisure time
When I am not writing, translating or webdesigning, I like to read. Actually you canīt really count that as "leisure" since most of the time I am reading newsletters, magazines and books on webdesign and searchengine marketing or copy writing. Aside from that I plunge into fiction, long and short, by American authors, and thrillers or crime stories. On position two of the hobby list you find the numbers puzzle Sudoku. I prefer the classical way of solving Sudoku puzzles: with paper, pen and an eraser in hand. But some clever programmers have developped sudoku software, which also lets you play sudokus online. Please have a look for yourself on my Sudoku page. Enjoy feeling your brain work!
Recently I started my own internet radio: www.laut.fm/acidjazz. Acid jazz (also known as groove jazz in the USA) is a musical genre that combines elements of jazz, funk and hip-hop, particularly looped beats. It developed in the UK over the 1980s and 1990s and could be seen as tacking the sound of jazz-funk onto electronic dance/pop music: jazz-funk musicians such as Roy Ayers and Donald Byrd are often credited as forerunners of acid jazz. Acid jazz has also experienced influences from soul music, house music, reggae and disco.
